思覺基金（Early Psychosis Foundation，簡稱 EPISO）於2007年成立，2009年成為註冊慈善機構。學會由一群熱心於思覺失調服務的資深專業人士、學者及社會人士組成，旨在透過結合研究及臨床經驗，與各相關組織攜手推廣高質素的思覺失調服務、專業培訓，及健康教育等活動。
Early Psychosis Foundation(EPISO) was founded in 2007 and registered as a charitable institution in 2009. EPISO consists of experienced professionals and academics in the field of early psychosis. The society aims to make accessible knowledge and experience gained from research and clinical practice to promote high-quality early psychosis intervention services, professional training, and public awareness programs.
在思覺失調初期，應給予及時而適當的干預。
Timely and appropriate intervention should be provided for early psychosis.

適當的干預應以實證為本，並針對思覺失調患者在不同階段所面對的獨特問題。
Appropriate intervention should be based on evidence, designed to address specific issues faced in particular stages of the illness.

服務需要患者及其照顧者的積極參與；在設計服務時應考慮他們的意見。
Service should involve active participation of clients, their carers and take into consideration their views.

服務計劃應具前瞻性。
Service should involve prospective planning.

患者的觀點和體驗是值得重視的，此應成為干預的重點 。
Individual perspective and life experience of the youth should be valued and constitute the major outcome dimension for intervention.
